We (www.iprimed.com) are primarily focused on enhancing employability/productivity improvement at the junior levels, leveraging a model under patent. We cater to all the three segments – IT, BPO and RIM. The team comprises of people who have worked for 10+ years in Tier 1 companies, behavioral specialists from the academia and even client stakeholders. We started our journey in May 2009 and became operational in September 2009. Over the last 3+ years, ~3000 interns have graduated ( 2 – 3 month programs; full days) from our institute of which ~90% are gainfully employed. ~ 80% of our graduated have been found to be performing way better than expectations! Our focus is to create well rounded professionals, with a good mix of the technical/domain skills and behavioral skills, who can help companies drive Business Transformation; move up the value chain.
